A fruit smoothie is lighter and fruit-forward. A protein shake is built on a protein base, so it is thicker, more filling, and works as an actual meal rather than a snack. If you are not sure which one fits, tell us what you are after and we will point you to the right one.
A Basic Combo — your choice of aloe, tea and shake — is $11.00, and the Premium Combo with a premium shake is $12.00. All prices include sales tax. The board is priced by combo; for a single item on its own, call (402) 713-0007.
